Delivery Policies
Ladle & Leaf Lead Times for Deliveries and Pick-Ups:
Ladle and Leaf require orders to be placed the prior day before the delivery and a 2-hour lead time for pick-up orders. Please place orders by 1:30 P.M. the prior day of the delivery. For urgent orders, please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your request.

Delivery Policies:
Minimum Delivery
- There is a $125* minimum for all deliveries (*before tax, fees and delivery.)
Walking Deliveries
- Delivery Fees - $20 or 5% of order whichever is greater. Applies only to San Francisco Financial District and the immediate Oakland City Center area.
- Note, very large orders may be subject to additional surcharges for delivery.
Driving Deliveries

A delivery fee of 15% (or $30, whichever is greater) will be applied to orders requiring a vehicle for transportation between a Ladle & Leaf restaurant and the delivery location.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders Under $500

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to delivery with no fee.

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery will be charged 25% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.
Orders Over $500

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to delivery with no fee.

Orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to delivery will be charged 25% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.

Orders cancelled the day of delivery will be charged 50% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.
A 4% surcharge will be added to all meals for mandates.
