Delivery Policies

Ladle & Leaf Lead Times for Deliveries and Pick-Ups:

Ladle and Leaf requires a 4 hour lead time for deliveries and a 1 hour lead time for pick-up orders. Lead times are subject to change depending on order size and distance of delivery. For further inquiries, please call 415-593-SOUP (7687) or email catering@ladleandleaf.com

Delivery Policies:

Ladle & Leaf partners with Cal Catering to fulfill on-site UC Berkeley and LBNL orders. Please place orders for delivery to these locations at https://catering.berkeley.edu/delivery.

Walking Deliveries

• We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders within walking distance of a Ladle & Leaf restaurant if the order is placed by 3:00PM the day prior to delivery. The free delivery can be redeemed by using coupon code ‘b43’ when ordering online.

• A minimum $25 delivery fee will be applied to orders placed later than 3:00PM the day prior to delivery.

Driving Deliveries

• A delivery fee of 15% (or $25, whichever is greater) will be applied to orders requiring a vehicle for transportation between a Ladle & Leaf restaurant and the delivery location.  A minimum of $150 food/beverage is required for each delivery.  

Cancellation Policy:

Orders Under $500

• Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to delivery with no fee.

• Orders canceled less than 24 hours prior to delivery will be charged 25% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.

 Orders Over $500

• Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to delivery with no fee.

• Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to delivery will be charged 25% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.

• Orders canceled the day of delivery will be charged 50% of the quoted price, less any delivery fees.
